Abstract or Additional Information

We begin this semester of the learning seminar on Iwasawa theory over an imaginary quadratic field by introducing elliptic curves with complex multiplication. We will follow parts of Karl Rubin's notes called "Elliptic Curves with Complex Multiplication and the Conjecture of Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer", which can be found online.
