Math Library closes and the collection moves into the Engineering Library….

The material previously housed in the Math Library in Thackeray Hall can now be found at the Bevier Engineering Library. The Engineering Library’s hours will change with the academic year but it is open most evenings and weekends. It is located on the first floor of Benedum Hall, home of the Swanson School of Engineering (SWOE). Please call the Public Service Desk (412-624-9620) if you have questions.

The Mathematics Library's collection (part of the University Library System) includes approximately 25,000 books, 285 serial subscriptions, and 1,000 microforms. They include the major journals of the disciplines of mathematics and statistics from the American Mathematical Society, prominent foreign and domestic mathematical and statistical periodicals, and important bibliographic indexes such as mathematics reviews.
