Prof. Caginalp discusses bubbles, economics research and policy with Prof. Robert Shiller of Yale University. Prof. Shiller won the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2013, and is the author of Irrational Exuberance and Phishing for Phools: The Economics of Manipulation and Deception (with George Akerlof). The topics include recent  bubbles, the ingredients and causes of bubbles and "flash crashes" and econometric modeling of markets. The discussion is featured as the cover story of the September 2015 issue of Wilmott.
